Hi breakintheweb,

Are you still working on the qewig? Your last update on twitter was about two months ago and a lot of us are wondering what is the current state of the app. We would really appreciate an update!

gh0st It's still being worked on but things have slowed a bit. There are some opportunity's I'm currently exploring, but unfortunately I can't talk in detail about them.

This was originally the idea but it's proved next to impossible to find people who have the skills and time required.

beggles Yes this and having my development machine breaking have certainly been delays.

Perhaps a faster and greater supported avenue if its no longer a priority is to release as open source and allow a greater community to further develop.

gh0st The help that is needed is with golang/vuejs. I had lots of people offer to help but unfortunately, not with golang/vuejs skills.

Sadly nothing for more than 6 months. I'm returning to adding code to eve-ng community edition i guess.

i know its gonna be a Great product but the Deadlines should be changed from Early 2019 to Early 2020 i think

I'm pretty sure qewig is dead, but I hope I'm wrong.

It's easy to get the real name of @breakintheweb, just look at the bottom of the homepage of this site or breakintheweb.com. Looking up this name at fr.linkedin.com reveals that he is employed at cisco as an software consultant since december 2019. So I assume his primary focus will be VIRL and/or CME, creating/managing an alternative product is not very likely (IMHO).
